Established in June 2009, we have a team of Baking and Culinary Arts professionals (with a few prestigious awards received).

We are a City & Guilds (UK) approved centre which offers the Diploma in Patisserie full-time course. We also offer other part-time baking class and decoration courses in KL.

We are ready and committed to serve the society in producing students who will excel in the field of Baking and Culinary Arts. State-of-the-art facilities are set up to make the learning experience conducive and exceptional.

We are located in the city of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which has one of the best accessibilities for our students.

Hands-on Practical Course in Baking
24 lessons
Saturday (7:00pm to 10:30pm) and Sunday (2:00pm to 5:30pm)
RM3,250.00 (inclusive of Silver Chef’s shirt, cap, apron, ingredients, text recipes and registration fees).

Course content
Sponge : Japanese sponge cake, traditional sponge cake, emulsifier sponge cake.
Butter : Buttermilk sponge cake, traditional butter cake, chocolate walnut muft cake, butter icing orange cake, toffee cream cake.
Chiffon : Egg white chiffon cake, Japanese chiffon cake, lemon cheese chiffon cake, mocha chiffon cake, marble chiffon cake.
Rich : Happy chocolate cake, American fruit chocolate cake, chocolate moist cream cake, chocolate orange layer cake.
Swiss Roll : Vegetable roll, colourful tiger roll, chicken mayo roll, marble roll.
Mousse : Chocolate fudge mousse cake, happy chocolate mousse cake, mango mousse cake.
Cheese ; Walnut tiramisu, American bake cheesecake, New York carrot cream cheesecake.
Tart/Pie : Butter forest tart, custard fruit tart, pineapple flower tart, blueberry bake cheese tart, yogurt cheese pie.
Continental : Black forest cocoa cake, pandan fruit flan cake, chocolate & mocha cream cake, walnut layer cake, green tea red bean cake.
Dessert : Peaches dessert cup, caramel dessert, chocolate layer dessert cup, yogurt pudding dessert.
Brownies : Hazelnut chocolate brownies, dark de chocolate brownies, banana & carrot brownies.
Bread : Chicken floss roll bread, multigrain bread, cinnamon & chocolate chips bread, doughnut with decorations, pizza, oatmeal bread.
Bread Loaves : Sandwich white loaf, walnut carrot loaf, black sesame loaf, French cherry loaf.
Sweet Buns : Chicken ham bun, sausage cheese bun, chicken floss bun, butter Mexican bun, yam bun, vegetable mayo roll bun, pumpkin bun, red bean sweet bun, seafood bun.
Croissants : Butter croissant, tuna croissant, twist croissant, croissant cheese, hotdog croissant, mushroom roll croissant.
Danish : Danish cheese loaf, tuna Danish, honey & chocolate chips Danish.
Puff pastries : Traditional red bean puff, traditional kaya puff, Chinese lotus puff.
Savoury piee : Chicken vegetable pie, curry chicken pie, mushroom pie.
Cookies : Hazelnut chocolate ball cookies, pumpkin seed cookies, almond shortbread cookies, sesame round cookies, chocolate chips & hazelnut cookies.
